The seafront is great, but walk a few blocks to the Bocagrande bay, and you will find an amazing walking/jogging area along the bay. So quiet and scenic, simply one of my favorite places to talk an evening walk.

The food here is soooooo good, and the vibe is so cool. Just keep a pocket full of coins to give to street performance! It opt for indoor seating at the restaurants.

Islas de Rosario are beautiful and I always recommend that folks use cartagenaboatcharters.com for any private vessels they may want to rent for the day. Almost always, the trip to the islands is the highlight of a trip to Cartagena.
