Sightseeing
One of the best In the summer and fall months the lake is very conducive for swimming. There are multiple points on the lake loop trail where you can jump into the water and feel refreshed. Not in the mood for swimming, rent a kayak or pontoon at the Pinecrest Marina and spend the day on the beautiful lake located at 6000ft above sea level.
For the adventurous you can go to Cleo's bath by following the trail to far end of the lake and turning upstream . Takes 2 hours to reach there but the series of natural pools are amazing. Use caution.
