Le Peeps is always busy which is a good indication that the restaurant will not disappoint. The staff is friendly and there is a wide selection to choose from while you sip on your latte or mimosa. When the weather is good you can sit on the patio and take in the Spokane River watching the boats and kayaks go by.

Activities

Coeur d'Alene is jam packed with activities during summer's high peak tourist season. There is the marathon, ironman, vintage car show, farmers market, 4th of July parade, Art in the Park, and free concerts at the parks. During the fall enjoy the brilliant colors of fall, the roaming deer, wild bunnies and turkeys, raccoons, a wide variety of other birds and if your lucky even moose. Winter in Coeur d'Alene turns into a magical winter wonderland with Christmas decorations and lights throughout the city. Go skiing at Schweitzer Ski resort, two hours away or ice skating at the McGuen park.
