In the heart of the Red Herring Trading post in Noordhoek, The Aegir Project beckons with its sea-facing setting, delicious food and some of the craftiest beers on the peninsula. The Norse god of the Sea, Aegir was known for brewing ale and hosting gods in his halls, making this 21st century homage particularly apt.
