Courage bagel has the best Montreal-style bagels. Thin and crispy, not gooey like New York style. Very simple preparations with luxury toppings and spreads. Bizarrely tasty coffee to boot. Prepare for long lines on the weekend!! I usually go on Mondays. Closed Tuesday and Wednesday.

A little pricy, but perfectly seasoned smash burgers. I love the Goldburger with garlic aioli.

If you want “authentic” LA tacos this is not for you—this is pure Tejano. They specialize in breakfast tacos, I’m not this biggest fan but I dream of their queso and frito pie!!!
