Great dive bar. Sold in 2014 and while promised not to change, has fewer old men and more hipsters. Still good. My favorite bumper sticker ever: "F*¢k you - I live three blocks from Bud Rips".

First perk: It's right outside your door. Great neighborhood semi-dive corner bar complete with a small kitchen. I once fell in love over shuffleboard here. Great for Saints fans and hipsters alike.
