Cool town! Learn about the sea sponges and how they are used today. Greeks were highly influential in the culture and food here because of the sponge business. Highly recommend taking the sponge dock historical tour with Michael John. Go to Tarpon Springs Native Tours. There are 2 tours you can combine or if you’re going to do just one- then you have to do the Sponge docks! You can also book boat tours and deep sea fishing fun.
