Golden Gate Park
Great for running, nature, fresh air. It even has bison.
One of the greatest things about SF is that there are amazing hiking trails within the city. Land's end is one of those. It starts with a great view of golden gate park, and ends with a beautiful view of Sutro Baths and the Pacific Ocean.

Little known park with a great view of the city. It's a bit of a secret spot, so I like it a lot because there are a lot fewer people here than in Twin Peaks.
