I like Pinochos, El Toro and Metro.
Metro have the best view and amazing ravioli stuffed with sage and butternut squash with gorgonzola cheese and pine nuts.
El Toro you need to have the oxtail croquettes, the manchego cheese board to start, everything is always delicious in there.
Pinochos is great food and slightly livelier atmosphere.

Stunning views!! I'm not sure if its dog friendly as my dog is a chihuahua so can sometimes get away with things, but La Cala Golf in the evening is a lovely place to walk your dog as the views are beautiful. They also have a club house if you wish to have some food.
