An original Henry Flagler grand hotel, built to accommodate the visitors his Florida East Coast Railroad was bringing to Florida. Now a private liberal arts college. Worth taking a tour to appreciate the inside as much as the outside architecture and opulence.

Another original and amazingly beautiful Flagler Hotel, still in operation. Visit for a tour of the lobby, a drink at the bar or a meal in their Florida Trend Golden Spoon Award Restaurant.

Go early to get a parking spot. The west/intercoastal side is especially popular with families with younger children because of the calmer water, wading pools and sand bars. Amazing views and beauty.
