I love Daark. It's a 15-20 minute walk to Chirn Park but the barista coffee is sooo worth it.
Be warned on weekends there's a queue for tables. Delicious meals and a trendy vibe. I also have much respect for the love-filled owners.

Walking paths, swimming, fishing, boat hire, jet skis, boat ramps, coin barbecues, picnic areas, public spaces and often entertainment (see Gold Coast guide for What's On), calm water, sand, mangrove area, cafes, restaurants, sometimes dolphin sightings and a variety of fun play equipment for children to access. Check out the Rockpools if you have little ones. Go cycling, jogging, walking - all just 100metres away

The beautiful white sails of the Marina Mirage can be seen from the Broadwater Parklands. Take a bus or long walk. Helicopter rides, whale watching, cafes, restaurants, boutique shops, a gallery. Opposite are walking tracks and access to the beach. Close by is the Southport Surf Club which has a casual dining restaurant. Nearby is Versace and Sheraton Hotels for fine dining for that special occasion

Marina Mirage station
The beautiful white sails of the Marina Mirage can be seen from the Broadwater Parklands. Take a bus or long walk. Helicopter rides, whale watching, cafes, restaurants, boutique shops, a gallery. Opposite are walking tracks and access to the beach. Close by is the Southport Surf Club which has a casual dining restaurant. Nearby is Versace and Sheraton Hotels for fine dining for that special occasion

An 8-10 minute walk away. Major supermarkets Coles and Woolworths for groceries, cafes, restaurants, medical facility, ATM machines, money changer, phone providers for SIM cards and phone credit. A cinema complex.
