Vineyards & Cideries
Famous local vineyards and Cideries are literally within walking distance, tho certainly not recommended! I actually drive wine tours for a local company for a living so I have plenty of advice just ask. This area is of the beaten path of route 151.
This place was also part of the Original Castle Hill. They grow their own apples right here and process them into the most crisp and refreshing hard cider you'll have ever tasted!

Fantastic views of Charlottesville and surrounding region. From apples to wine slushies to Bold Rock cider to donuts, this place is a must visit, although it can be crowded at times.
