Park's & Nature
Our favorite hiking trail and the closest one to the house. The trail is 4 miles long and is not as strenuous as other trails. You can go all the way or cut it short at the first peak and turn around. It has great views of some of North Scottsdale's most iconic homes, golf courses and mountain scenery.

Hiking trail that is in a secluded area of Northeast Scottsdale. It has great view of Four Peaks and is not as crowed as other trails. For travels I prefer Pinnacle Peak.

Sedona is a magical place with the most interesting red rock formations. A day trip here is a must if you have the time. Drive up, and especially down highway 89A. The views are better on the drive down. Pink Jeep Tours are also a blast. Or hike one of the many trails. My favorite hiking trail includes "Devils Bridge". The best place to have lunch or a cocktail is at The Enchantment Resort. However, it's not the type of place to go to lunch after a hike or in hiking clothes.
