Great Mexican food. It's right across the street from a fantastic beach with nice waves. Take a walk on the pier and then walk down Main St. Seal Beach is charming beach community.

There are numerous Indian restaurants along Pioneer Blvd. My favorite is Standard Sweets and Snacks (excellent masala dosa!). There are also several good markets where I get my spices and out of the ordinary vegetables.

Lovely old building filled with art. Nice gift shop. There's also Claire's Restaurant that is elegantly casual with great food served in a garden setting overlooking the Pacific.

Every day at 11am a large group of people assembles to do yoga outdoors. The group is lead by various yoga teachers and it is free. There is also an evening session at 6pm. If you don't have a yoga mat I have one you can borrow.
