Take a walk to the River Lea & Hackney Marshes towards Hackney Wick and back. It's a lovely 3.5km walk (one way) and you can enjoy a beer or coffee along the way or stop for vegan food at one of the restaurants half way through.

One of the best parks in London, it's great for walking and there's a beautiful cafe next to the lakes with delicious breakfast, which gets super busy on Saturdays.

A beautiful park on your door step, it's ideal for a walk anytime during the day or a quick run if you're into fitness. There are also tennis courts and during the summer it's perfect for reading.
