A new extension of Hillman (original is in Biltmore/Asheville) opened Old Fort, just over the mountain. I love this brewery and the scene. Its worth the drive.

Montreat is a small college community in our valley, just 10 mins away. A beautiful lake with waterfall and many hiking trails, including famous Greybeard and Lookout trails.
