What we provide for the beach/and what you need to pack!
We have 4 Tommy Bahama beach chairs hanging in the garage, a hand held cooler (in the garage), and beach towels in a bag on lowest shelf of master bathroom linen closet. We appreciate that you rinse the items with the hose (take to the side of the house and use the hose in back or side of house---probably backyard is better since there is grass). If your dog is messy and needs a bath; please wash out back (not in the shower/tub) and use his/her own towel(s) to dry. NOT OUR GUEST TOWELS! We do not provide sunscreen. Please make sure to purchase what you need as Florida sun is strong!

Sand in your car after a beach visit?
We have a wet/dry vac in the garage and we do not mind if you use it to vacuum the sand out of your car. Just empty contents into a trash bag and put into the trash after.
