Delicious food from a newyorkian chef. Very famous in Tulum. Down side is you have to make a line to get seated. The food is mouthwatering, though.

Delicious fish and seafood, one of my favorites in the beach strip. The butterfish and the octopus are just unique, but basically anything you try is awesome.

Drinks & Nightlife

One of my favourites in town. It has live music almost every night and it has a very nice ambiance. They have awesome natural sugar-cane juices to have either by themselves or with mojitos.

Very nice ambiance, with live food most of the days, located in the beach strip. Good cocktails and food. Don't miss their Sopa de lima (chicken and tortilla traditional food), it's the best in town.

Arts & Culture

Very nice and large archeological site 30 minutes west from the cabin. It has one of the tallest pyramids in the mayan region, which you can climb and from which you can oversee the astonishing jungle surrounding the ruins. You can rent a bicycle at the entrance of the site and enjoy a nice ride while you visit the ruins. It has two beautiful cenotes 5 minutes away which you can enjoy for refreshing after visiting the pyramids.

Tulum's archeological site is unique as it is the only one in the Mayan zone located right by the beach. The views of the pyramids with the turquoise waters of the Caribbean are just breathtaking. 100% recommended. Try to enter through the entrance by the beach strip road, as if you enter through the one in Tulum Ave., you will have to walk for a mile back and forth from the parking lot.

Parks & Nature

This is a small archeological site surrounded by beautiful nature. There is a tour company in town called Mexico Kan Tours where they have a very nice tour which visits these ruins and then takes you to a canal that connects two lagoons in the Sian Ka'an reserve. You lay on your back with your life vest and the current takes you down. It is sooooo relaxing and beautiful!
