The view of the icons of London from Waterloo bridge at night time is my personal favourite. Big Ben and London eye on one side, and St. Paul's and the City on the other.

The new Sky Garden in the Walkie Talkie building in Fenchurch Street is a must see! It's a very big space and you can walk around to get 360 views of London. Has a restaurant but you can just visit for a drink if you like.
