Very pretty countryside town to visit and take a walk, it has three chateau so make sure to find the main one, arose garden and medieval garden mythically where Sir Lancalot hails from.

Domfront is a nearby town with a beautiful historic centre with its own castle and a very beautiful and unique Byzantine style Cathedral about 15 mins east of our gites. To avoid a big hill walk park in the old town and have a gentle walk around the town and castle

Mont Saint Michel is just stunning and about an hour away by car, it is quite a steep walk up to the top but well worth it.

Nice gardens around 1h North West of our gite. Tours are sometimes possible of the chateau at 1500 but only in French
