Sightseeing
The pier is a 45 minute walk along the beach and approximately 5 km walk there and back.
Worthing Pier, winner of the 2019 Pier of the Year Award, provides an iconic focus for the town. You can view amazing artworks, promenade above the waves, try your hand at fishing, enjoy an ice-cream whilst relaxing in the deckchairs. Built in 1862 the pier has had a chequered history but remains at the heart of Worthing life. As well as the Pavilion theatre there is an arcade. The southern pavilion is currently being renovated. I can recommend the Mr Whippy ice creams on the pier that also offers great value.

Arundel Castle
Well worth a visit to the castle and town.

Brighton easily accessed by bus or train, always has a buzz. Great for shopping, at Churchill Square, theatre, cinema, restaurants. South Lanes offer lost of designer shops and the North lanes, my favourite, unique selection of shops and lots of vintage shops.

Gunwharfe Quays makes an excellent day out. Designer outlets, good selection of restaurants at the marina. Vue cinema, bowling, Spinnaker tower amongst other things.
