For my taste here is made one of the best carbonara in Rome and the burrata with whipping chicory is a classic. A true Roman trattoria near Piazza Fiume.

I personally recommend it to everyone visiting the Vatican museums, they are fabulous, the Sistine Chapel and the Raphael Rooms are of unique beauty. For those who were to visit the museums for the first time recommend taking the guide (if you book online) that allows you to have general knowledge about the most important things and especially avoids the feeling of initial helplessness that can cause initially the Vatican museums, views their size and the amount of people who comes to visit them.
