The 360 degree observatory is located at the top floor of Japan’s highest building “Abeno Harukas”. For 1500 yen you can enjoy the highest view of OSAKA 300 meters above the ground. There is an Art Museum and Garden on the 16th floor. There is also an amazing lobby, bar and restaurant for the Mariott hotel on the 19th floor. There are also many nearby restaurants and bars.
