Definitely a local hotspot and a place you want to dress up a bit (dressy casual). Plays really good music until closing time and has a solid drink list. Food is pretty good—always hot and fresh. Mainly you come here for drinks, people watching and music. Good vybez.

I thoroughly enjoy the snapper coconut curry style, although you can get it steamed or fried, as well. And the views are to die for, since it’s on the rooftop of the Royal Mall building. Note: There is no elevator; only staircases.

Boston’s Bay is a surfer’s paradise! Lessons start at $25 USD; to rent a board is around $20 USD but please pay in JMD ($5000 for both lesson/board; $2500 for just the board). Also just cool to body surf in the water as well. Even my 6 year old enjoyed with his life vest. Beautiful, white sand as well. Only $300 JMD to get into this gorgeous beach. Food and drinks are available on sight, as well.

A trip to Port Antonio is not complete without visiting the Blue Lagoon. Pristine waters with some parts serving as a cold mineral bath. Waters can reach up to 200+ feet. Recommend being a strong swimmer. You can always charter a boat out to money island for around $10,000 JMD, which is around $70 USD. Totally worth the cash spent. Also lavish homes from the likes of Tom Cruise and other celebrities are right nearby.
Moon San Villa at the Blue Lagoon
A trip to Port Antonio is not complete without visiting the Blue Lagoon. Pristine waters with some parts serving as a cold mineral bath. Waters can reach up to 200+ feet. Recommend being a strong swimmer. You can always charter a boat out to money island for around $10,000 JMD, which is around $70 USD. Totally worth the cash spent. Also lavish homes from the likes of Tom Cruise and other celebrities are right nearby.

It’s a bit off the beaten path so if you need exact directions, our caretaker and friends in the neighborhood can guide you. Just message us and let us know.

How to catch a cab
Some tips:
1) Easiest place to catch a cab is in town itself, at the Port Antonio clock tower. It’s a 5-10 minute walk from my house. See Kamal’s under Sightseeing on how to get there. Make sure you have money in JMD.
2) Try to take cabs with red license plates if possible. If you cannot find one, just be aware that cabs with white license plates cost a bit more.
3) If you’re catching a cab, stick your arm out to flag down a cab. If one doesn’t acknowledge you, they are likely full.
4) If you do not feel comfortable catching a cab, message me. I can secure a chartered cab or rental car.
