Get away from the cityscape with John Heinz National Wildlife Refuge. Families visit the 14regularly to bird-watch, hike, and absorb the beauty of other nature. Also, did I mention it's free? Just drive 4 minutes from your stay, park, and enjoy :).

Beautiful Garden. Great place to be surrounded by mother nature. Perfect space to visit for a romantic stroll outdoors, or for a family trip.

Looking to see the city of Philadelphia's skyline for free? Look no further. Cira green has a great atmosphere and is located in University City (less than 15 minutes away). There's also a restaurant that serves alcoholic beverages and finger food fairly late at night. I believe the restaurant closes but the park does not :). Plenty of people bring their own food and a blanket to sit on the grass.
I've used this space numerous times to enjoy the night skylines and to journal.

If you enjoy heights, there's a challenge here for you. If you prefer the ground but are looking to try something new, there is an enjoyable obstacle course for you too!

The Art Museum is a great place for biking, jogging, rollerblading, or just sitting to have a conversation with a friend or significant other.

Great atmosphere with a lot of well-to-do people. Walk into any restaurant or bar and enjoy great food with, friendly staff, and locals. Parking may require that you park a block away or circle the street more than once- but it will be well worth the wait.

Great neighborhood to visit to grab a bite to eat and meet a diverse group of well-to-do people. Very safe place at all times of day and night. If you find parking as you arrive at your destination- you should strongly consider playing the lottery lol.
