Rebranded as Roly-Poly Coffee. Some guy who makes the best espresso out of a converted warehouse ice cooler. (I suppose it’s better than the back of his ‘85 Ford Bronco, which he used to do). If the health department hasn’t shut him down - try the Cortado, and if he has time he’ll make some small food items (kolaches)

Artisan Wood Fired Pizza. If they aren’t catering an event, they have an outdoor oven behind Treeline Coffee, They aren't the best wood-fire pizza restaurant in town (go to the nearby Pizza Campania), but I feel bad when they sit outside under a tent in cold weather. No seating. Order ahead for pickup. theuglyonion.com Or if you want classic, Bozeman pizza, (extra-gluten w/ good seating, beer, pizza, & cheesy breadsticks) at a reasonable price - check out MacKenzie River Pizza Co. Downtown.

I kept this restaurant on here - because it's close by - and used to be the best sushi in Bozeman for decades. Tragically, 2 people died from eating here. But that was from morel mushrooms. Eat the fish. Drink the sake. But do not order any Chinese mushrooms. But there are many great alternative dining choices if you have any hesitancies.

Classic Bozeman pizza restaurant. If you like extra-gluten. Extra-seating. Beer. Pizza. Cheesy Breadsticks (called "Lodgepoles") - then this is your place. And if you don't like gluten, their gluten-free crust is surprisingly good.

Not beer. But cider. Gluten-free & "European-style" which doesn't have the added sugars - so it's less sweet and more dry. (And in my opinion even tastier!)

Liquor is a type of grocery item, right? Terrible hours, unless you prefer to only consume alcohol between the hours of 10am-5pm on weekdays. In Montana, beer & wine is sold in all gas stations and grocery stores; but liquor can only be bought in Montana-owned liquor stores. Connected to the Exxon gas station on East Main Street, but if you’re driving - go to the Cat’s Paw on 7th Ave. for better prices.
