Hidden Gem! My fav. Breakfast place on the island! Everything on the menu is great but they are known for their soufflés. It’s higher priced but well worth it in my opinion! The decor is Victorian and quaint and the service is always great. Sit inside and admire the details or relax in on the beautiful outdoor garden patio. There’s even two adorable dogs at the front counter for you to say hi too

"The D.K. Restaurant group started in March of 1996 when founder D.K. Kodama returned to Hawaii from the Mainland and first opened Sansei, the Sushi Bar, at the Kapalua Resorts on Maui. In the first couple of years the menu expanded and Sansei, the Sushi Bar evolved into Sansei Seafood Restaurant and Sushi Bar. DK's concept of serving contemporary sushi and innovative fusion seafood in a fun and lively setting was an immediate success. Soon after opening, the restaurant received numerous local and national awards and accolades. Building on this success and to meet the demands of an ever-growing guest list, Kodama opened several additional Sansei restaurants as well as opening a steakhouse, and an Italian-style wine bar."

"To experience Japan’s cuisine, it’s best to seek out an expert. Renowned chef Keiji Nakazawa offers his respected techniques with Sushi Sho at this Honolulu resort. At the restaurant, Nakazawa prepares omakase-style meals, pairing varying types of seasoned rice with more than 40 kinds of fresh fish. The space features only 16 seats including a beautiful counter. Plates pair perfectly with the impressive sake selection."

"Opened our first Doraku Sushi location over 20 years ago in Miami Beach, Florida. Doraku Sushi is a restaurant, bar and gathering place that celebrates Japanese food, drink, and hospitality. The experience is modeled after an Izakaya, or Japanese gastropub and features food meant to be shared and experienced in the company of others. The decor embraces Japanese works of art, styles and culture. It’s a place to have fun with friends or to unwind after a long day at work."

"Located inside the Outrigger Waikiki Beach Resort, Blue Note Hawaii features a year-round lineup of musical entertainment – from local talent to international sensations. Opened in January of 2016, the venue underwent an extensive, multi-million-dollar revitalization to offer a brand-new performance space in the heart of Hawaii’s most famed beach resort destination. The 9,000 square-foot, 326-seat facility showcases nightly two performances in an intimate setting - seven days a week, 365 days a year. A contemporary gift shop is also on site, including a dedicated location for musical acts to hold autograph sessions after their shows. Guests have the opportunity to dine at the venue, where a full-service restaurant and bar highlights the culinary talents of Chef Tony Avilla. Additionally, the venue is available for private event bookings and weddings. Blue Note Hawaii features leaders in jazz, as well as musicians of other genres, including reggae, rock, pop, comedy and top local island artists."

"Mitch’s Sushi is owned by Craig Mitchell, who traveled from half-way around the world to make Hawaii his home. In 1983, he started traveling around the world from his hometown in South Africa. After seeing beautiful Hawaii, he decided it would be his last stop. In 1996, Craig became owner of The Seafood Company where he had been working. Now married to his wife Linda, and a father of son Kelley and daughter Alex, he decided to relocate his parents from South Africa. Mitch and Yvonne arrived in Hawaii in April of 1998. Mitch opened a poke shop, surprisingly called “Mitch’s Fish Market”. Sadly, Yvonne passed away in August 2003, and the poke shop became history. Mitch, a person too full of life to retire, needed another career. Craig had always harbored the desire to have a sushi restaurant. In July of 2004, Mitch’s Sushi Bar was born. With Craig’s supply of fresh fish and the remarkable skill of master chefs Shingo Luu, Masakazu Murakami and Il Han, your meal will be truly memorable. "
