Lovely little bakery serving great breakfasts, sourdough bread and cinnamon snails. Ask Chris nicely and he might share the recipe with you! They do great takeaway pizzas on some weeknights - check their website for details.

The beach directly below Tina's. It's a steep climb down, but a beautiful beach awaits, that's rarely busy, even at peak times.

A nice day out wandering around the Tudor house at the Antony Estate which has a museum and other activities for kids and grown ups.

The route follows the coast around Whitsand Bay to Queener Point and then Rame Head where a one-way path leads out to the mediaeval chapel and there are panoramic views. The walk continues along the Coast Path from Rame Head to Penlee Point. From here, the walk enters the woods and descends to Cawsand.
