Food Scene
A special small 'hidden away' Italian restaurant. The interior is very casual and relaxed, but the food is 'high end' cuisine and a little expensive. Only a very limited selection of dishes. If you bring a towel you can also visit the little sauna (50kr) and jump in the canal (the viking way). You can also come by for a cup of coffee during the day....it's a nice walk from the apartment anyway and a nice area with houseboats.

My favorite lokal restaurant, cafe, wine bar hang out! This special place offers a relaxed atmosphere and a beautiful charming setting in the canal. Good food for a reasonable prise. Always super cozy. Sometimes you can experience a high-end concert here for free! (it will be packed so book a table beforehand!)

Lots of street food from all around the world. It's by the inner kanal by the bridge (kissingbridge, kyssebroen) to the center of the city. Beautiful location and lot's of people. 15 min walk from my apartment.

This museum is very special not only because of the unique architecture but it's also located by the sea and has a garden full of sculptures and old trees. Exhibitions here are always great and their own collection exquisite. It’s a must to go spend a day or at least half a day there!

Exhibitions here are always great and their own collection exquisite. It’s a must to go spend a day or at least half a day there!
The Royal Theater , Opera and Ballet is divided betweem 3 places. The Old Stage, The Playhouse and the Opera House. Each three places worth paying a visit and close by each other in the center of Copehagen.

Our Saviour's is one of Denmark's most famous churches. Ever since the serpentine spire was inaugurated in 1752, it has been a popular passtime to climb the 400 steps to the top.
Here on the top, Our Saviour Himself stands on top of a golden globe and keeps watch over the royal city of Copenhagen. You have a perfect view of the spire from my bedroom window!
In 2007 the view from the top was voted the best in the city by the Copenhageners. The last 150 steps are on the outside of the spire - this is not an ascent for the vertiginously challenged but a breathtaking experience! I highly recomend you do it.
