Neighbourhoods

Seton is a very modern and new community with everything you need very close by. It's quiet and relaxing but close enough that you can drive downtown in about 25 minutes. It is located directly south of Auburn Bay and east of Cranston. Its boundaries are presently Deerfoot Trail to the west, Seton Blvd. to the north, and an extension of 52 St. S.E. to the east.
