Zillicoah specializes in open-fermented ales and lagers. It is the first brewery in Woodfin along the eastern bank of the French Broad River, less than 10 minutes from West Asheville. While you’re there, try some of the most authentic tacos in Asheville from the Taqueria Munoz food truck. We recommend the cabesa!
