The BEST Greek food in my opinion! If you're a couple, try one of their dinner platters (fish or meat) for a sampling of the amazing grilled fare. Get the side of fried potatoes with lemon-olive oil to drizzle on top - trust me - and the galaktoboureko for dessert!!!

They're tiny but mighty! Seriously, try every pasta you can - they make it all fresh. The bathrooms are hilarious, by the way. Check out the cheeky "collage of bad reviews" and the owner's salty responses :)

The BEST bagels in the neighborhood - fresh and gigantic with a bunch of shmears to try. The coffee is decent, and the wifi is free. Outside seating is lovely if it's not too crowded!

They've got a whole mix of Asian cuisine going on, and it's somehow all quite tasty! Some nights there's live music and/or karaoke, too. Lunch/Brunch specials as well that are a great bang for your buck!

Incredible New Orleans food!!! Everything is dope. Brunch gets crowded, so have a little something before you head over. Then chill at the coffee place across the street while you wait for your table.

The last stop on the N/W subway lines. Look for the sign indicating "NEXT TRAIN" and you can get on the one that's about to become Manhattan-bound. You may have to wait a minute once you get on the train, but at least it's air-conditioned!

Second-to-last stop on the N/W subway trains. This one is maybe a minute closer to the apartment. You can enter at the stairs on the northwest corner of 31st St. & Hoyt Ave (right by the M60 bus stop) and walk across the little overpass to get to the turnstiles.
