Great place to have breakfast/brunch/lunch. I love the pancakes. Good coffee. If you want to see a different side of Oslo, I recommend to take a walk up there, a 10-15 minutes walk from the apartment. Discover the old working class areas Kampen and Vålerenga with charming wooden houses and apartment buildings. Galgen also have a nice back yard.

An artist run gallery with changing exhibitions of contemporary art. The functionalist building is one of the most beautiful in Oslo. I love the view to the park. Also a nice café with great pizzas. Try the spinach pizza. They also have a film club.
