A great venue for plays, movies, and other live entertainment. BAM offers a differse selection and is located in a beautiful neighborhood of brownstones in Fort Greene Brooklyn.

A clean no frills diner. I enjoy the food and the owners and staff have always been friendly. My favorites are the california burger and plain cheesecake with FRESH strawberries, not that jelly goo.

I once read a review comparing this restaurant to the strange kid no one wanted to sit with at the cafeteria. It's usually fairly empty but my food is always delicious and fresh.

This is Astoria's "other" beer garden. It's a modern version and it's not too bad. Some nights can feel a little clubby but they have a nice space and a huge outdoor TV screen.
