An excellent place to get an authentic Thai massage in a beautiful house. A bit pricey but worth the money. Maw Hom offers courses, accommodation and meals. Must book before. Check their website.

This is where I actually live, in a basic tiny little room of my Taoist Qi Gong training center. Not only it is a training center of world famous Qi Gong master, Grand master Mantak Chia, it is also a health resort with holistic medical spa. I recommend guests for a visit. The massages are of a very high standard, better than many fancy expensive spas in Chiang Mai. Tao Garden is about 30-40 mins by car, north east of our house.

This is the closest shopping mall near our house. There is a Dhara Devi little cafe as well as Rim Ping Supermarket. Although the shopping mall is not complete as Central Festival, it is ok for the fact it is the closest.
