This is the place for luxury shopping. Saks, Norstroms, and lots of designer stores in a beautiful indoor mall which matters if it is hot outside. There is another huge shopping center, Lenox Mall across the street. Go a little further and you can visit Buckhead Shops. Fantastic dining and one of my favorite restaurants.

There is another huge shopping center, Lenox Mall across the street. Go a little further and you can visit Buckhead Shops. Fantastic dining and one of my favorite restaurants.

People travel from all over the south to shop at Lenox Square and Phipps Plaza across the street. Both are large malls, wear your comfy shoes. The Lenox MARTA Station is located nearby, yet I would suggest you drive.

A beautiful carving on the side of the mountain and a light show is offered most nights. Lots of history here and you are able to hike or take the tram up the mountain. The hike isn't too bad. Lots of elderly, hum experienced people and kids do it, so if you are in reasonable shape you can too. There is a fee to enter and other offerings.

GA Tech Students, business travelers, serious pool players, regular blues lovers of all ages. This blues bar, one of the most famous in the USA. Music until 2:00 am. Limited parking at the bar, yet several parking decks around. Dress: Anything goes.

You can also find street parking if you look around, yet not all street parking is free, and they will tow you to the bowels of Atlanta, and you have to have your car registration (which is normally in your glove box, in the now impounded car) in order to get your car back so can be a big nightmare.
