Technically a culinary institute but has 3 superb restaurants on site: the Bocuse, American Bounty, and the Ristorante Caterina de Medici. Additionally, it has The Apple Pie Bakery Cafe which does not require reservations. This is fine dining experience at its best. The whole campus is beautiful outside with the gorgeous landscaping and view of the Hudson River, and inside, you can observe the various schools of culinary science. Highly recommended! Make a reservation early.

1946 Campus DrTechnically a culinary institute but has 3 superb restaurants on site: the Bocuse, American Bounty, and the Ristorante Caterina de Medici. Additionally, it has The Apple Pie Bakery Cafe which does not require reservations. This is fine dining experience at its best. The wine trail features Benmarl, Robibero, Brotherhood, Whitecliff, etc. Great for milestone birthday parties, bachelor and bachelorette parties, rehearsals,and more. Or just for romantic day getaways, or picnics. A MUST!

My family do frequent day trip skiing, just have to get started early, usually leaving by 7AM. We get home by 7pm, getting a real full day ski experience. Fun times!
