The architectural design of the main building is the work of a team led by Arch. Alexander Barov and Arch. Atanas Agura. Chief designer of the park is Eng. (Landscape architect) Valentina Atanasova.
ENDEKA is built on an area of 18 300 m² and has a volume of 576 8.
