This neighborhood has a lot of historic wooden architecture and some village in the city vibe. Completely different from other parts of the city. Some nice restaurants can be found on Kęstutis st. Also you can cross the bridge over the river to Vingis park for a longer walk.

This is the highest place where you can see the city from above. It mostly faces soviet time architecture and the tower itself is from these times, so its a peek to the history. TV tower is not a usual sightseeing place where you have crowds of people, on top you will find a restaurant instead which is slowly rotating, so you can sit there and check the city from above.
