This hill is one mile from our house and is a great way to see beautiful Uig from on high, without having to climb a hill. There is a single track road to the top of this hill (open the gate and take your car up), then climb staircase to the top for 360 degree panoramic views of Uig

A relatively easy hillwalk up Suaineabhal is rewarded with stunning views. 428m tall.

Iconic, beautiful, 5000 year old stone circle,consisting of over 50 stones in a cross shape. The inner circle is really impressive - the tallest stone is 4m high. Visitor centre reopening from 4th May 2021, Tuesday - Saturday, 10am - 4pm! The shop and cafe will be open too - hooray! Half an hour drive from our house.

This is a remarkably well preserved broth which was built over 2000 years ago. It is up to 9 metres high. Great views too.
