Sightseeing
The Mormon Temple is a recognizable landmark with spectacular views of San Francisco and the bay. It is rumored that east bay parents tell their children the temple is Disneyland because it looks like a castle from far away and beautifully lit up at night. The temple puts on quite a Christmas display. It is walkable from Oakland Hills Bay View apartment, although it a steep uphill walk. Uphill is the price we pay for great views.
