(Please check on Google the one Im Zollhafen as it doesn't show here properly...) One of the best high-end restaurant in Cologne with a laid back atmosphere (you can come in your jeans and shirt) and scenic view of the Rhein river. It's actually in one of the famous crane houses in Cologne!
