Situated in an old Sonic Drive thru, this place serves up some amazing burritos, that can practically feed two & don't break the bank. A go to when craving some Mexican street food. If you like that scene, you won't be disappointed.

A drive thru coffee shop, with a big parking lot if you want to chill, but for fresh brewed coffee done right, this is the only place I will go...if not grinding & brewing my own. Forget Starbucks & jib jab w/the friendly crew at Janna's over a cup.

Much more than a donut shop...actually the ONLY place to go for a great bagel in Tooele. Fantastic bagel selection with breakfast/lunch bagels that are fresh & affordable. Might have to have an apple fritter or a blueberry cake donut, to finish it out tho. ;)

If you are up for the challenge, go get a Hot Link sandwich & some squeaky cheese. It is about as old school Tooele & unique as it gets...and say "Hi" to Manny or Dorothy for me. Great little market/beer store with hot links, pickles, jerky, cheese, pickled eggs, ice cream... Satisfy those munchies. :)

HANDS DOWN...some of the best jerky you will EVER have. The location has other items like sausage links, fresh local honey & goat cheese, etc... But if you are feeling it's "Beef Jerky Time"...do yourself a favor & stop on by.

Upstairs bar & pool table. Downstairs dining & chilling while watching an event on a TV or the mega big screen. The Brisket Salad is quite awesome, as is the artichoke dip with pita. Their local brews are well done...with the IPA & Porter being go to's for me.

Parks & Nature
Not a ton of fishing holes in the area, but this one is close by and have a good variety of trout. Go past the reservoir thru the gate (small fee) and there is a nice little park in the woods, and a road with many trail heads to explore & adventure.

Go past the Tooele City Golf course & you wind up Middle Canyon, which probably is one of the best close-by scenic roads around. 7-10 miles of paved before it turns to gravel. Many little camp spots for day chilling or overnight. Many trail heads and just a cool feeling to be in the mountains.
Middle Canyon Road
Middle Canyon RoadGo past the Tooele City Golf course & you wind up Middle Canyon, which probably is one of the best close-by scenic roads around. 7-10 miles of paved before it turns to gravel. Many little camp spots for day chilling or overnight. Many trail heads and just a cool feeling to be in the mountains.
Less than 10 minutes from the casa...pull in & park by the clubhouse to enjoy Stansbury Lake. There is a small launch area for kayaks, paddle boards, small boats (no engines), etc...probably the best close-by place for some SUP action. Always ducks & geese around to entertain the kiddos & a nice place to just chill by the water. OH, & bass fishing. :)
