Biomuseo is a museum focused on the natural history of Panama, whose isthmus was formed very recently in geologic time, with major impact on the ecology of the Western Hemisphere. Located on the Amador Causeway in Panama City, Panama, it was designed by renowned architect Frank Gehry. In fact it is the only building of this architect in Latin America.

Safe and easier to walk than other areas. Also much cleaner than other neighborhoods. Lots of bars, restaurants, pharmacies, delis, banks, Right along the waterfront known as the Cinta Costera. Great place to walk and or exercise. Very popular with Panamanians on weekends. Fish market is great for a local experience

This is a must see. It is the colonial part of Panama. Enjoy the amazing architecture. Some of the best restaurants in Panama are in this neighborhood. It’s a small neighborhood that can be viewed by walking in about two hours. Some of the best museums of Panama are located in this neighborhood.

This is the original location of Panama city. You must visit the old ruins of the first city established by the Spaniard on the Pacific Ocean. They recently open the app and worthwhile museum on the site. The walk can be a bit long and it’s very hot and there are a few shady areas. So you should take an umbrella

You cannot come to Panama and not see the Panama Canal. It is about a 15 minute Drive from the apartment. You should carve about two hours of your time to visit the Panama Canal. Best times to go or during the weekdays where there will be less tourists

Walking distance from apartment. Great view. Great breakfast and brunch do you recommend eating the Shaka hula yes. It is the only place to eat it as far as we know in town.
