Head down Main Street and turn left (West) on 1st Avenue. In a couple blocks you will be at Manitoba Street and you can turn Right (North) until you hit the water. A great walk around the ocean in either direction (towards Granville Island / False Creek or English Bay / Downtown).

You must hit up the Granville Island Market! Over 100 stalls of local artisian crafts, and a full fish market inside! Many boutique local art studios, glass blowing, wine making, sake tasting and dozens of great restaurants on the little island!
