Preciosa y acogedora casa - apartamento ubicada en el ala norte de una Masía Catalana del S. XVII A tan sólo 12 km de Figueres, ciudad natal del gran genio del surrealismo Salvador Dalí y entre un abanico de playas de ensueño, pueblos históricos y parques naturales. Con fácil acceso desde la autopista AP-7 y hacia las playas. La zona ofrece numerosas actividades que permiten a todos disfrutar al máximo de las maravillosas posibilidades de esta región. .Zona de parking, Entrada y jardín común .Nosotros vivimos en la misma finca, por lo que estamos a su disposición cuando lo necesiten, para informarles de la zona, tiendas donde comprar, sitios para visitar, restaurantes donde comer etc. Es un pequeño pueblo tranquilo, donde se pueden dar paseos caminando o en bicicleta y con el coche en pocos minutos estas en la playa. Figueres para visitar el Teatro Museo Salvador Dalí y en Cadaquès, precioso pueblo pescador donde se encuentra Portlligat para visitar la casa museo de Dalí parada de autobús junto a la finca. se puede aparcar en el exterior de la finca o en el parking en el interior de la misma Desde nuestra casa estan cerca de preciosas playas, unas mas convurridas y otras mucho mas tranquilas, del llamada triangulo Daliniano, formada por el teatro-museo Salvador Gala Dalir, su casa de Portlligat al lado de Cadaqués y el Castillo de Pubol última casa donde vivio el genio del surrealismo. La Preciosa ciudad de Girona con su casco antiguo de los mas bellos del país y muchos otros pueblos medievales y pesqueros.

Downstairs there are 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is access to a shared infinite pool and a paddle tennis court.

The sleeping area has a double bed with direct excess to private chill out lounge area. There is also an indoor lounge area with two chairs & coffee table.

Apartamento de verano a primera linea de playa, con unas vistas y ubicación inmejorables, muy luminoso y recientemente restaurado. Cuenta con una plaza de parking privado delante de la casa, 1 baño completo con bañera sin WC y un baño WC y ducha, 2 habitaciones dobles, cocina, salón-comedor y una terraza con vistas . La playa esta justo debajo del apartamento y muy cerca del parque natural del Cap de Creus, donde podrá disfrutar de las mejores calas de la Costa Brava.

Wir befinden uns an der Costa Brava auf einem Hügel mit einem phantastischen Blick auf das Meer. Mit dem Auto 5 Minuten zum Strand und ins Centrum von Playa de Aro mit vielen Restaurants usw. Zum Flughafen von Girona 30 Min., nach Girona mit seiner reichen Kultur und Gastronomie 35 Min. Andere Orte in der Nähe sind Lloret de Mar, Calonge, Palamos, Tamariu und Llafranc. Unser Apartement ist geeignet für Familien auch mit Kindern, sowie mit Haustier.

Tranquilidad y calma en Begur

Lugares de interés: las calas de Begur y pueblos de la Costa Brava, actividades en familia, y restaurantes y comida. Te va a encantar mi lugar debido a la luz, las zonas exteriores, la tranquilidad, la comodidad y el amplio espacio. Mi alojamiento es bueno para parejas y familias (con hijos). La casa está totalmente equipada con lavadora, aire acondicionado, estufa, secador i cocina completa. Por políticas abusivas de Airbnb no se especifica en la lista.

Elegant and spacious with a magnificent view

The Casas Buendia consist in four spacious apartments in two houses which are situated 100 meters from two beautiful sand-beaches of the Costa Brava: Platja del Racó, and Platja de l'Illa Roja. It has a 12 meters long swimming pool. The apartment adverted here has 150 square meters , two big terraces, a nice bbq area, access to swimming pool and sauna (in total shared by 4 apartments) in a select and quiet residential area.

The flat is located in the mountain of Sa Riera, in a very quiet area with little traffic. It is necessary to have a car to get to the flat as it is a bit far from the centre of Begur and the beach area (2 km). It is ideal for families, couples or friends who want to enjoy the tranquillity of the area, without being too far away from all that this wonderful village has to offer.
