We LOVED staying at this Airbnb and had a fantastic time! Maribel is a wonderful host!! Super clean, well stocked kitchen, comfy beds!! Beach chairs, beach towels, volleyballs etc. all for us to use. The beach is right out the back door and the view from the unit's second floor balcony is dreamy-ocean, palm trees, beach all SO close!! We loved sitting and drinking coffee and watching the waves and people and dogs! The building only has 2 units per floor and we never saw anyone! Very quiet building. Very safe, family friendly area. The beach is amazing!! So clean!! Beautiful trees for shade, family friendly and a dog lover's paradise!! Several sand vb nets and many people played vb or pickle ball-so fun to watch! Lively, very walkable area- we walked everywhere- for groceries, breakfast, dinner, so much only a few blocks in every direction. Took Uber to OSJ several times - easy! We highly recommend Maribel's Airbnb - u won't be disappointed! We would love to visit again soon!

The place was great, with a nice balcony view to the beach, clean and nice pool. Airbnb was clean and just exactly how it was described in the listing, very much worth what I paid, to not leave out that they were very flexible with our check out time was allowed to check out 2hrs after normal checkout time, definitely recommend.

Ligia’s place was exactly as described. It was easy to check in and there is a direct view of the beach from the sliding doors . Place isn’t huge nor the fanciest but extremely comfortable , convenience with a beautiful view . There was also a nice pool and it felt very secured because of the security booth in the property. There is also many places to eat and a club nearby. Ligia herself was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. She even picked me up from a restaurant nearby when she learned that it had started pouring rain outside and I didn’t have an umbrella . Would definitely recommend and stay there again .

- The location is in the best part of Condado, short walk to the beach, restaurants and bars, hotels’ bars and casinos. There are a few variety stores at Ashford ave, also Super Max is just 20-25 min walk away. - The unit has spectacular view of ocean and lagoon with relaxing sound of waves. It is clean with modern and cozy decoration. IAlso it’s well equipped with all you need during your stay. - Victor is a great host, always available and responded fast before my check in and during my stay. I would definitely stay in Victor’s place next time.

We stayed at Francisco’s place the week of Easter and the view was absolutely worth the small bumps of our trip! Fransico, as a host was not only responsive, but proactive in communicating with me when the island lost power just hours after we arrived. Something you might not realize the importance of until you find yourself in a foreign place with no power (1.5 days) and spotty cell phone service. The unit was clean, bedding was comfortable and the amenities matched the description. Local restaurants, First floor of building and elevators ran on a generator. Longe chairs and umbrellas for rent right at our beach ($5/$10) Beach was clean and felt safe. Pool area closed during outage and security on the weekend didn’t allow ANY drinks/food in the pool area. The main road behind the building felt safe but I was surprised by the trash on the streets/sidewalks and heavy police presence. Loud music at night, which you could hear in bed. The view and cross breeze MADE this trip for us!

Great place to stay in San Juan close to everything.

We had a great stay. Having the beach right out back was wonderful. It was also wonderful that the beach wasn't crowded at all. It was like having it all to ourselves. There are great food options close by, from beautiful sit-down beach front restaurants to delicious food trucks. The place was comfortable and in a great location.

My family and I stood here for my birthday vacation. The home looked exactly like the pictures. The host responded quickly and was proactive with any questions or requests that I had. If you stay here follow the directions that the hosts gives!! We tried to do a “short cut” and it was terrible! The directions given were super helpful! The only thing I would have liked is a TV in the room and a full body mirror. Also, if you are traveling during raining season it’s a little difficult to get up the driveway when it’s wet. Just be careful when doing so. My family and I are looking forward to visiting again :)

Words cannot adequately explain the magic of this place! I was traveling with my husband, three kids (11 and under), and my elderly mom. This was by far the best vacation we’ve had in recent years. The ocean was very accessible and the front of the home allowed my mom the ability to have a wonderful view of the sea. She is on a cane so walking is tricky. Being able to enjoy the beach, without feeling like we were leaving her out was ideal. It was the best of all worlds. Nayda was a wonderful host. She checked in making sure that we were all good. She was super responsive, but honestly, we needed nothing because the house was that amazing. The surrounding area truly makes you feel immersed in Puerto Rican culture. It is not overrun by tourist or super commercial, which is amazing. You feel like you’re supporting community (restaurants, shops, etc) not some “big business”chains. As a family, we are already looking at the upcoming year to see when we can come back. Thank you, Nayda!

Nuestra estadía en el alojamiento de Aracelis fue excelente. La ubicación es hermosa, muy cerca de la playa y de varios puntos de interés, pero al mismo tiempo ofrece una privacidad y tranquilidad inigualables. La casa es exactamente como se muestra en las fotos: limpia, cómoda y acogedora. Nos encantaron los restaurantes cercanos y el fácil acceso a la playa. Pudimos descansar plenamente y disfrutar del ambiente relajado. Sin duda, volveríamos. ¡100 % recomendada!

We had two families stay at the Happy Yellow Beach House and we loved every minute! Accessing the beach was a short walk down a lovely path, the pool and hot tub were so much fun and the house was comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with all the basic essentials and we had plenty of towels. It was so convenient to be able to do laundry as well. We loved the bakery and new restaurant at the end of the street and went to the Luquillo Kiosks a few times - it was a great location - easy travel from San Juan! Manny was an excellent host and took care of all our needs, provided recommendations for restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Thank you for a wonderful visit and sharing your piece of PR heaven with us!

Carmen's place is in an ideal location--lovely beachfront property! The house suited our group so well and had lots of space for hanging out. There were a few minor glitches with the gate lock and one A/C unit, but Carmen got things fixed very quickly. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there!

We had such a wonderful stay. It was a little tricky to find, especially at 230am, but Isaac was very helpful. The best surprise was the beach. If you love secluded beaches then you will fall in love. It is pretty much across the street. It was very cool to check out the old water park. Made for some pretty cool pictures. Cute backyard, complete with some rogue pomegranates. Friendly neighbor dogs and a pond to walk around. We would highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at Tom’s villa. Everything was nice just like the pictures. Loved the code for entry to his place (no keys to keep up with)The place was really cozy. We were very pleased with the location, views, and access to pools, beach, and the amenities at the Wyndham Rio Mar. We absolutely enjoyed pulling the curtains back every am to watch the sunrise and sunsets in the evening. Centrally located for a ton of tours/activities. There are plenty of dishes and utensils for quick easy grab days. The beach towels and umbrella came in handy for hanging out at the beach. Tom was very responsive and helpful to our questions. We definitely will be back!

It was terrific. We were right on the beach (2nd floor) and the apt is great. The beach is very popular, esp on weekends, so it would not be ideal if you are looking for a super quiet neighborhood. It didn't bother us though (and we are not partiers). It is very well secured. The air conditioning worked well although between the ceiling fans and the ocean breeze, we rarely used it. George was very helpful any time we needed anything.

Our group of 3 had a lovely stay. Host was helpful and the place was clean and comfortable. Having a pool and beach amenities (chairs, towels, boogie boards) was a huge plus along with the welcome snacks. The beach out front was not great for swimming (we were also there during a windy period so that made it harder), but it’s an easy drive to some other more protected spots. Nice restaurants are a short drive, and it’s easy to get to the rain forest for some cool hikes and adventures. Overall, we were very happy with the condo.

Absoloutely amazing location--you can hear the waves at night, you can sit on the balcony and watch the ocean while enjoying your breakfast. I walked barefoot to the beach every day--its that close. The space is cozy, well maintained and welcoming. Marcos is extremely kind and friendly :) Would love to stay here again thanks so much Marcos!

My best friend and I had an amazing stay in condado! Hosts were very responsive and made sure we were warm welcomed to a clean room! Would definitely stay again! Perfect location

We had a great stay here. Felix was super responsive if anything was needed. The place was very modern and smelled very clean. The playita del condado was walking distance, super close. Instructions were very thorough as well for check in/check out. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you.

Great stay and place for the price! Super responsive and even when I felt like an idiot they were always kind and helpful (note hot water for the shower is closest to the off side). Rooms were perfect for a quick visit and the area was super close to a supermarket which was so helpful to save on money. Great place highly recommend

I do a lot of research when it comes to Airbnbs. This place was pretty much perfect. Comfiest sofa bed EVER, sofa beds are typically the worst to sleep on. This was so much on the beach that our uber driver dropped us off in the sand lol Great communication from the host, as the island was in the midst of a power outage. They assured us we would be good and we came anyways and I’m so glad we did. My teenager was impressed with the led lights lol . Great water pressure and hot. Clean place and plenty of walkable things to see and do. I truly loved this Airbnb.
