Hareesz was very friendly and helpful. Everything was to our satisfaction. The house is situated near the lake in a quiet environment. It is only about a 10 minutes walk to the town center. There are restaurants nearby. I would immediately go there again if I am visiting Kandy.

Schöner Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft liegt nahe des Regenwaldes, sodass sich eine Führung durch diesen anbietet. Diese war sehr spannend und ein Highlight unserer Sri Lanka-Reise. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit. Der Pool war schön und unser Zimmer mit großem Balkon gefiel uns auch. Für den Preis inklusive Frühstück kann man nicht meckern. Teilweise kann man vielleicht noch an der Kommunikation arbeiten. So mancher Mitarbeit konnte kein Englisch und es war nicht ganz klar, wann die Führung beginnt, sodass wir fast eine Stunde bereit und wartend da standen. Insgesamt ist das jedoch verkraftbar und schmälert unsere guten Eindrücke kaum. Danke Prasad!

I stayed in Rakshitha's apartment for 7 weeks and loved it. It's about 1 km from Kandy Lake, between the Grand Kandyan Hotel and the forest, so its close to the city, yet isolated. It's at the end of a steep lane; walking to the city began with a good 2-minute workout, but otherwise downhill. There is much wildlife, macaques ubiquitously. I was thrilled seeing a land monitor, probably 8 ft long, on the other side of the river. Despite Kandy's daytime heat and humidity, the apartment always felt pleasant; no direct sunlight and the brick walls/concrete floor provided lots of thermal mass. The windows and doors are frosted, so no problems with anyone looking in, but the drawback was not seeing the wildlife from a safe vantage! Respectful neighbors. Excellent wifi. Kitchen's gas stovetop worked great. Shower had hot water. The bunk bed's frame made it a little short for me (I'm 6'2"), but I slept well. Finally, Rakshitha is a kind and good-humored man and an excellent host.

Had a wonderful time with my team of 8 people. Huge living area and rooms. Clean. Great host, very helpful. Would recommend 💯.

Great place to be. super friendly hosts, beautiful location and stay

The location is on the hill and a bit out of the town centre but it offers a green and serene surrounding, away from the noise and hustle bustle. That was the main reason we chose this accommodation in the first place. The room itself is very clean and spacious. Heshan was very responsive and helpful with everything. He also showed us where to visit around Kandy. The team there were also very nice and friendly. Overall we had a fantastic stay at Heshan’s accommodation. Highly recommend.

Everything was perfect! thanks for welcome drinks, detailed instructions and recommendations! moreover, you can order lunch/dinner or breakfast for adequate money and enjoy delicious local food and amazing nature view from window! Also, it is great to have the option to book a riding with the owner in her car and visit the nearest attractions in the city and province 🙂 we had been working for 1 day and that time WiFi connection was stable.

great place to stay for anyone looking for peaceful time get clear road instructions or Ms Manel will send someone to guide you to the location its a hill ride with narrow road so be careful location worth everything food is easy to find since its walking distance to the city
