Walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, microbreweries, bars, parks and minutes from downtown. If you prefer riding a Jump bike or Uber to get around, there are plenty nearby.

Walk to the Natural Food Coop, coffee shop, bars/restaurants, Sutter's Fort, area parks, and public transit. Within 2 miles: Capitol building, Convention Center, Golden 1 Arena, art museum. During your visit, enjoy a spacious spa-like rainfall shower, quartz countertop kitchenette, memory foam-topped queen mattress, and FAST WiFi in this stand-alone backyard studio in a safe, quiet, working class, and diverse neighborhood. Centrally located near UC Davis Med Center, McGeorge School of Law, & Oak Park's blossoming Triangle District, this space is your ideal home base for your upcoming visit.

Cozy Cottage

Note: I've blocked some dates that can be made available, just message me. Welcome to our Cozy Studio Cottage! The cottage is located next to our property. You'll have the cottage all to yourself! We are at the end of a long cul-de-sac in an established neighborhood. Restaurants, shopping and concert halls are nearby. Feel free to book instantly. Four people are welcome but it's not really big so ask if you have questions. We look forward to your stay or return!!

Self check in with coded keypad. 2 guests (children 12 years of age or older), 1 Queen bed, 1 bath, provided shower products. Kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, coffeemaker with coffee & tea, electric kettle, dishes, cups/mugs, utensils and towels. Living area with Smart TV. YouTube TV for live television & guest WiFi included. Parking on premises.

This new 500sf one-bedroom Guesthouse is located above the garage behind our 1920’s bungalow with free driveway parking. Walk to Golden One arena, Old Sac, the state Capitol; Crocker Art Museum, river bike trail and restaurants. The private guesthouse is steps from Sac’s largest Farmers Market and Southside Park lake, playground, pickleball/basketball courts, city pool. Sac Airport (SMF) is 15 minutes away. Weekly Pickleball Tues/Thurs-5pm, Sun 12.
