It was a nice place to stay. The garages are labeled, and yes you are supposed to drive down that steep driveway. It's a nice house. 3 different stories for 3 different units. Even sandwiched in the middle, I had no noise complaints. I would probably stay here again, unless the owner is tired of all my questions and wants me to stay away 😅

David has a good spot, would highly recommend if you want a nice step out walk to Lake Folsom. Has everything you need, and is very comfortable even with the heat during the summer.

I had a truly joyful and peaceful 3-month stay at this lovely home in Roseville. The space is cozy, and incredibly well located — close to everything, yet tucked into a quiet neighborhood. One of my favorite parts was the back deck overlooking the yard — a serene spot where I enjoyed many relaxing mornings and evenings. Mark, Janie were great hosts: friendly, laid-back, and always warm and supportive. Their hospitality made the stay feel personal and comfortable, and I’m very grateful for their thoughtfulness throughout.

This home exceeded my expectations! Easy access from all local freeways, 15 drive from the airport and the extra facilities (pool, spa, bbq areas and gym) were all excellent. Bed was super comfortable and the kitchen was well supplied with everything you need! Host was super quick to respond with questions I had. Would definitely stay here again!

I stayed with my family and crew while doing the Rio Del Lago 100 Mile Endurance Run. The house was right on the course so the location was perfect. It was a beautiful home, exactly as described. Donna was great to work with, very responsive when I had questions and very helpful. I recommend Evolve and the Casa d'Amore highly.

Beautiful home and breathtaking location. Elizabeth was very responsive. Only thing to note is the oven doesn't work well so we had to cook breakfast on the stove, not a big deal but took a while. Otherwise all great!!

Peaceful Granite Bay Getaway – A Perfect Stay! Staying at Sharalee’s place in Granite Bay was an absolute pleasure. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had such a warm, welcoming vibe. It’s tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, making it a perfect spot to relax, yet still close to everything we needed. I’d definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-appointed stay in Granite Bay. I’d come back in a heartbeat!

The property was amazing. The pictures already looked good but it was better in person. The garden and surrounding area was private for the most part and the area felt secluded and the nearest grocery store was only a few minutes away. Would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay at Cameron’s place! Very comfortable and Cameron was very responsive to our requests.

My hubby and I wanted to get away from the everyday routine of work life and just unwind for a few days. The house is beautiful and the backyard is so peaceful. We brought our 2 dogs and they loved being outside with us in the backyard. We loved the view of the pond and listening to the birds. Great neighborhood and close to everything.

This is a fantastic place to stay! l stayed with my mom while we visited family in the area, and it was nice to have basically two master bedrooms which gave us our own space so we weren't getting on each other's nerves because we're always in each other's space. The layout of the house is wonderful! It has the bedrooms basically at opposite ends of the house, and one bedroom is right next to the living room with the television, but that is also a place where you can hang out and read. The other bedroom at the other end is next to the family room with the fireplace, and it was great to be able to work in there because for me, it had to be a working vacation. If you have older kids or two couples who also need to be able to work while visiting, awesome place! We loved hanging out by the pond and relaxing, we fed little turtles that were so cute! We saw so much wildlife - geese, hummingbirds, turkeys, ducks, and I guess it isn't wildlife, just birds. but it was great!
